High Court Judgement in the case between NANT and SCDC

NANT PLANS TO APPLY TO APPEAL the judgement handed down on February 6th by Mrs Justice Patterson.

NANT is of course disappointed with today’s Judgement.

New year court date set for legal challenge

No Adastral New Town (NANT) has launched a judicial review of SCDC’s  Core Strategy/ Local Development Framework. The High Court he hearing is on January 16 and 17. Here is the EADT article.
